Unlimited, an international movement that is changing the hearts and lives of today's women in progressive, creative and intentional ways.  We believe that women are seeking balance in life and Girlfriends! desires to help meet those spiritual, mental and emotional needs.

We are an open door into a world of open hearts and outstretched arms.  This is a world that is alive and interactive, bursting with excitement and open to women in all stages of life, ages 20 to 120.
