First things first
- Choose a ministry that interests you.
- Next, choose the best time for you to observe and/or participate.
- Debrief your experience with a ministry leader or pastor.
- Does it look like a fit? Complete a ministry application with background check (*required before you can serve with children).
- Depending on the ministry, commit to serve every week, every other week, or once a month.
- Get your training and placement and you're ready to go.

TimberTown Nursery
Nursery Director
Prepare monthly staff schedules and oversee general operations.
Open:
Nursery Caregivers (birth - 30 months)
Care for infants or assist lead Caregiver (Den Mother).
Once or Twice a month
TimberTown Preschool
Preschool Director
Prepare preschool materials, monthly staff schedules, and oversee general operations.
Open:
Registration/Check-In
Assist families in new registrations or checking in their child(ren).
Once or Twice a month during either service
Security Personnel
Helps provide a safe environment for children and assists connecting children with parents when necessary.
Once or Twice a month during either service
Small Group Leader (3yrs)
Lead 3 year-olds through interactive play, Bible story, activity pages, etc.
Open: Sunday 10:45 am - Twice a month
Tuesday 6:30pm - Weekly
Small Group Leader (4yrs)
Direct 4 year-olds through interactive play, activity pages, etc. Assist during Large Group StoryTime.
Open: Sunday 9:00 am - Twice a month
Large Group Storyteller
Teach a Bible story to 4/5-year-olds during program time.
(curriculum and training provided)
