KidFaith and Baptism |

KidFaith is a new believer's class for children Kindergarten - 5th grade who have made a personal decision to follow Jesus or are taking steps in that direction. During the class children will discover, learn, and explore the basics of being a Christ-follower. Parents must attend this class with their child since it is such an important time in the child's life.
KidFaith is a one session class and meets on designated Sunday mornings. Children must pre-register for this class.
Through creative, age-appropriate, interactive teaching, kids will:
* discover what it means to have a relationship with Christ
* understand the importance of a personal relationship with God
* learn how to become a Christ-follower yourself
* establish how to grow spiritually through life change
* recognize the importance of developing a heart of service & sharing
Each child will participate in an interactive time with their parent to make sure they understand the material and any decisions they made as well as to answer questions. Because these basics are so important for kids to understand, KidFaith is a required class for children before they are baptized at Northpointe Community Church.
A complimentary meal is served during each class.

Children's Baptism
Baptism (bap.tizm) (n) The act of obedience where a person shows others they have joined God's team by putting their faith in Jesus Christ.
Kids will always remember this special day as they join God's team with friends and family by their side cheering them on.
We typically offer "Children Only" baptism once a year on Fathers' Day. Each child getting baptized will receive a special certificate to help them remember the special day.
Prerequisites include:
* Must be at least 1st -5th grade
* Must have attended KidFaith
Upcoming Baptism Dates:
*Children who are unable to participate in the Children's Baptism are welcomed to get baptized at any of the regular adult baptism ceremonies.
